Development

Much of the Development of RDB ProNet and RDB Pro is led by our clients. We store a "wish list" of ideas given to us which assists with the direction of product development, whilst at the same time delivering what our clients need and want. In addition to this it is not unusual for clients to request specific functionality for their business needs.

Data Transfer

Many of our clients have used other Recruitment Software prior to purchasing RDB ProNet or RDB Pro.
We have experience in transferring information from those and other legacy systems, plus numerous bespoke applications written in various database formats such as Excel, Access, dbase, SQL etc...

SQL Server Services

We have always advised our clients to ensure that they actively manage their SQL Database and to have a Disaster Recovery Plan (tested) to protect their data in the event that something should happen to their server – all be it fire, flood , theft, or indeed a hardware or software malfunction.

Some companies have been able to follow this advice whilst others have not because they didn’t really know what to do or who to turn to for help in organising this – not to mention those who, through no fault of their own, turned to hardware and network support companies who, quite frankly, were not up to the job. We have assisted clients on an ad hoc basis where we could but have recognised that in order to ensure that clients have access to a reliable and effective provider, we need to offer this service ourselves. more...
