RDB Online Timesheets

As an integrated part of the RDB Web Suite we have integrated an online Portal to allow Clients and Applicants to enter, view, edit and confirm Timesheet details.

Available either as an integral part of the Web Suite product or as a stand alone product RDB Online Timesheets will seamlessly fit in to your current web site to provide a simple interface for applicants and clients to log on and provide you with the instant data you require.

Both Applicants and Clients log on to a secure portal where they can simple create new timesheets or confirm submissions. This software communicates live using a web service with the RDB ProNet database so there are NO imports or exports, just instant updates as they happen.

Applicants and Clients can be sent automated Email or SMS ‘updates’ to either remind them of a timesheet to submit or confirm OR to report the status of their timesheet submission – “Your Timesheet has been Approved and passed to Payroll for Processing”. These updates can be set to your specific business model and needs thereby providing a unique and personal service with no additional administration requirements on your team.
