Main Features:

1. Manage Applications
   Your clients can see the status of applicants that you have put forward to them e.g. 'Awaiting Feedback', 'On Interview', 'Rejected' etc... Your client can see the details of the candidate, download their CV and send a message to the consultant dealing with the job.
   
   
2. Manage Vacancies
   - Allow your clients to post new vacancies direct to their account manager.
   - View or update the vacancies that you are working on for them and their status, view progress reports and download CVs.
   - Accept, reject or request interviews for your applications.
   
   
3. Manage Interviews
   Allow your clients to view, arrange, cancel and rearrange Interviews, all linked directly into RDB ProNet.
   
   
4. Search Candidates
   Using criteria such as skills, geographical location and keyword. You specify which criteria.
   
   
5. Placement Documents
   Clients can view placement documents for the vacancies that you have filled for them. Having read the candidates profile, clients can download the CV (.doc format) and contact you to register interest.
   
   
6. Your Consultant
   A one way messaging system enabling your client to contact their consultant via the RDB ProNet messaging system.
   
   
7. My Details
   Contact details for the client contact - linked to the contact record in RDB ProNet.
   
   
8. View Reports - You can design reports and allow your clients to run those reports against their jobs, application or interview data.
   
   
9. HTTP Secure
   The RDB Client Portal is Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (https).
